Order Processing

  • All orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days after successful payment.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.


Delivery & Logistics

  • We ship across India through reliable and trusted delivery partners.

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email/SMS with a tracking number so you can follow your package in real time.


Shipping Timelines

  • Delivery timelines depend on your location and courier partner.

  • Standard delivery usually takes 4–7 working days for metro cities and 7–10 working days for other regions.

  • External factors like weather, strikes, or courier delays may affect these timelines.


Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping is available on all orders above ₹300/-.

  • For orders below ₹300/-, a standard shipping fee will be displayed at checkout.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address, pin code, and contact details are correct at checkout. Aampapadwala is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information.


Damaged, Lost, or Missing Parcels

  • If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • A full unboxing video (from opening the package to showing the contents) is required for claims related to missing, damaged, or incorrect items.

  • Once verified, we will send a replacement at no extra cost.


Returns & Cancellations

  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
